Shipping & Delivery
Le Present offers shipping with premium carriers. Unfortunately, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays, and your order will be processed on the next working day.

Processing Time
We will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.
Please note that dispatch may take a little longer during sale and festive periods due to high demand.

Once your order is processed and confirmed, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
Duties & Taxes
For countries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and, if applicable, are collected by the destination country.
Please note that we are not able to estimate customs charges for each country in advance.

Return Policy
Customers in the European Union may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise your right of return, please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving your order by email at info@lepresent-boutique.com or by phone at +34 972 82 87 89.
YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Size, style, color or length is not right for you.
The item received is materially different from the item ordered.
The order has been completed incorrectly.
The item has a defect or flaw.
In the case of an incorrect order or a defective item, we will cover the return courier cost. You will receive your refund within 5-7 working days after the order is received and checked at the boutique.
Please note that items are accepted back only in their complete set, with all packaging and labels, and in their original commercial presentation.
RETURNING THE PURCHASE BY THE CUSTOMER
If you decide to return an item for your own convenience, you may return it to our boutique yourself or send it back using a courier service of your choice.
For returns requested for convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Products should not show signs of wear. All accessories, tags and packaging materials that come with the goods must be returned. Items cannot be returned incomplete.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, return shipping costs, import duties, local taxes and any customs charges related to the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
Refunds are made as follows:
To the bank card from which payment was made.
By bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
CASHLESS SETTLEMENT
When requesting a refund by bank transfer, send an email to info@lepresent-boutique.com with the subject line "Return" and the following information:
The completed return request form (we will send you the form by email if needed).
For returning the money to the client’s bank account, we need:
BENEFICIARY NAME / Name of the customer (recipient)
Address / Full address
Account No. IBAN / Full account number
SWIFT BIC / Swift code
Money is transferred once all the above data has been provided.
Please note that the bank details must be in the name of the customer.
Refunds are processed after the returned items are received at the boutique and approved.
The time it takes for the money to reach the buyer’s account depends on the internal regulations of the receiving bank.
